Use the same Google account as DF Editor.

01What to include

Your DF Editor version, macOS version, the steps leading to the issue and the exact error message. Redact private project names, connection URLs and sign-in codes from screenshots.

02Account and plan

Use Settings → Account to sign in and manage your computers. Settings → Usage shows your remaining transcription allowance. Contact support if you have a question about your plan.

03Speech recognition

MCP is optional. Speech recognition uses the service managed by DF Editor; you do not need to enter an AssemblyAI API key. Check your account allowance and internet connection, then contact us if recognition remains unavailable.

04Updates

Use Settings → Updates → Check for Updates. After downloading, choose Restart and Install. Save your work and finish active tasks first.
