Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are not yet available. This policy describes the terms planned for paid launch. Test checkout collects no payment.

0114 days after your first payment

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first DF Editor subscription payment. Email info@demhafuture.com with the subject “Refund — DF Editor”, your account email and receipt number. Never send card details or passwords.

02Cancellation

Cancel through your Lemon Squeezy receipt link or, when available, Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro remains available until the end of the paid period, unless that period is refunded. Your account returns to Free afterwards; cancellation does not delete local projects.

03Renewals and other requests

The voluntary first-payment refund window does not restart with each renewal. Contact us about mistaken charges, technical failures or other refund requests. Mandatory remedies and consumer withdrawal rights, including those applicable in the EU/EEA, take precedence over this policy; this policy does not waive them.

04Processing

Paid transactions and refunds will be processed by Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms. Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase, at its own discretion, to prevent chargebacks. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. A full refund may end the related paid access.
